Only the finest fresh beef is used, and all steaks are individually cut and aged on the premises. We are noted for our fresh Alaskan seafood as well, featuring Halibut and Red King Crab, the finest crab available.

Lunch entrees and daily specials are created with the same attention to detail as our evening menu. Our hamburger is ground fresh daily, only choice premium Ham, Roast Beef, and Turkey is used on our sandwiches and salads. Our Soup Du Jour’s are made solely with fresh vegetables, lean meats, and flavorful spices every morning. Finish your meal with one of our special desserts such as Cheyenne’s Macadamia Nut Pie, Scott’s Chocolate Sweet Potato Pie, Stan’s Key Lime Pie, Steve’s New York Style Cheesecake, or Jeff’s Creme Brûlée, all made from scratch right here at the Club.
